 What are the biggest challenges facing the profession?

Every state has its own issues but the biggest issue I for see in NYS at the current moment is title recognition and scope of practice.

What experiences, ideas, connection or resources do you have that would allow you to help with those challenges? 

As a current member of the board for the past 2 years, I have worked hard on ways to energize and connect with the board and its members.

Name one skill or strength you possess that is unmatched by your colleagues or peers

Tenacity.

What do you love about being a CRNA? What drew you to the profession? 

Being able to give one patient my undivided attention and making them feel safe during such a vulnerable time in their life. What a great job!
