Mark your calendars for NYSANA's Fall Educational Meeting is in
Saratoga Springs, New York Sept 18-20, 2026.

We expect attendance of 300 professionals.
Registration will open in March 2026.

Exhibitor hours:
Friday September 18 11:30AM - 5:00PM
Saturday September 19 7:30AM - 11:00AM 

 

Base Package - $1500

  • In-person exhibit/simulation table
    • 6’ rectangular table with skirt included
    • Booth size is approximately 10’ x 10’. Electrical outlets must be requested in advance, and will be provided based on availability ($100)
  • Sponsor tables in high-traffic break and lunch areas
  • Attendee list available after the program (unless attendee opts out)
  • Saturday breakfast provided for up to 2 exhibitors per table
    • Please provide names in advance

District Event Sponsors
NYSANA has 6 educational districts. If you are interested in sponsoring a small event in a district, reachout to [email protected] letting us know which districts you are interested in, your platform or area of interest and your budget and we will pass along to the district chair. District events range in size from 10 - 50 people and often depend on the venue. District events serve a dual purpose of education and networking. Generally, the sponsor supports food and beverage and, if appropriate, education. We cannot offer educational credits for sponsored content.
