Ketamine in Traumatic Brain Injury: Evaluating the Impact of an Educational Intervention on Perceptions and Practices in Anesthesia
Explore whether exposure to an educational presentation summarizing ketamine's safety profile and possible neuroprotective properties in adult patients with acute traumatic brain injury (TBI) enhances anesthesia provider willingness to administer this medication.

Intraoperative Hypotension and CTZ Vulnerability: Expanding PONV Prevention Beyond Pharmacologic Prophylaxis
Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) remains one of the most common complications following general anesthesia. Despite advances in pharmacologic prophylaxis and risk stratification tools, PONV continues to affect a substantial proportion of surgical patients. Emerging evidence suggests that physiologic factors, including intraoperative hypotension (IOH), may contribute to emetogenic activation through mechanisms involving cerebral perfusion and chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) vulnerability.
