NYSANA is dedicated to advocating for the future of CRNA’s in the state by sponsoring critical legislation to create licensure and a scope of practice for CRNAs in New York. Members count on the board and staff to be an advocate for the practice in New York State, and we count on each member for local outreach.

The following bills are active in the Senate or Assembly. The Memos of Support can be used as talking points with your local representatives and can also be shared and left behind with the local offices. We encourage all members to get to know and meet with your local representatives to ensure the continued success of our legislative efforts.
